Taglioline artisan pasta

DiSanto's artisan taglioline pasta is crafted from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. The traditional, slow-dried process ensures authentic flavour and texture and a taste experience that ordinary supermarket pasta cannot rival.

'Taglia' is Italian for 'cut,' and taglioline is a long, narrow, flat pasta cut into ribbons about 5mm wide—a slimmer version of tagliatelle. A traditional Italian recipe, taglioline is revered in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Molise, and Piedmont.

Taglioline is perfect for more delicate pasta dishes and makes a more exciting alternative to spaghetti. It works exceptionally well with seafood, vegetables and creamy sauces such as carbonara. You can also shape it when cooked into a pasta pie, for example. Traditionally, taglioline is used in soups.

DiSanto's Italian taglioline pasta is handmade, ensuring exceptional quality and taste. It elevates even the simplest pasta dishes. Unlike ordinary pasta, it maintains a superior texture, keeps its shape, and doesn't stick or clump together during cooking.
