The classic Mediterranean flavours of DiSanto's olive oil come from fresh herbs and garlic, gently infused with extra-virgin olive oil from our artisan Italian olive oil supplier, the award-winning Frantoio Vabra, a family-run farm famed for its fruity Bourbon del Monte oils. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours of collection, with milling occurring at a temperature below 27°C to preserve the olives' original characteristics and nutritional values.
