Winner of the silver medal at the Master of Oil International Contest Montecarlo 2023, this premium, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil with a mild chilli kick is perfect for spicing up salad dressings, marinades and barbecued meat and fish.

Our producer, the family-run Frantoio Vabro, is located in the spectacularly beautiful landscape of lower Tuscany, and has cultivated its olive groves, on the slopes of Monte Amiata near Montepulciano, for generations. Frantoio Vabro is the holder of many awards and certifications and its fruity Bourbon del Monte aromatic oils are famed for their perfectly balanced flavours. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours of collection. The milling occurs at a temperature below 27°C, preserving the original characteristics and nutritional values of the olives.

This very special Italian olive oil comprises extra-virgin olive oil infused with 3% chilli pepper. Its versatility makes it a must-have in any kitchen, ideal for drizzling over salads, marinating steak, chicken and fish, spooning over fried eggs or adding flavour to grilled vegetables such as aubergine, courgettes and corn on the cob.
