Located between Mount Etna and the Mediterranean Sea, these olive groves have been farmed by the Cutrera family since 1906, and the olive oils they produce have won more than 700 awards over the past 20 years.

The literal translation of sugo all' arrabbiata is 'angry sauce'', reflecting the fieriness of the chilli. Originating in the Lazio region around Rome, the zingy, robust flavours of arrabbiata lend themselves to creating a variety of delicious dishes with ease.
