Think of pesche as very cute, uniquely Italian little cakes.

DiSanto's twist on this traditional confection is pesche cacoa, which translates as 'chocolate peaches'. Pretty in pink, DiSanto's chocolate peaches comprise layers of soft sponge sandwiched together by a velvety dark cocoa cream filling, then delicately rolled in sugar. The fragrant, aromatic alkermes liqueur, a traditional ingredient in Italian trifles, creates the unique crimson colour and flavour. This unique and delicious combination makes for a very special, sweet and fruity treat.
