DiSanto's selected olive oil producer, the family-run Frantoio Vabro, is situated in the breathtaking landscapes of Tuscany. The Brogi family has tended its olive groves on the slopes of Monte Amiata near Montepulciano for generations. Holder of numerous awards and certifications, Frantoio Vabro is famed for its fruity Bourbon del Monte aromatic oils, celebrated for their perfectly balanced flavours. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours of collection, with milling occurring at a temperature below 27°C to preserve the original characteristics and nutritional values of the olives.
