Storage and Serving Tips
STORAGE Ambient temperature: Store all pastries at room temperature, no refrigeration needed (unless it’s very hot!). Display: Although you can display them in the fridge, they taste best when enjoyed at room temperature for an inviting presentation, consider using a glass cabinet, cloche, cake stand, or dome placed away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness Leftovers: If you have any treats left in your tray, simply wrap them well in cling film (or place them in a sealed airtight container). This helps maintain the crispness of the shell and the creaminess of the filling, just like when they were freshly made! Finishing Touches: A light dusting of icing sugar will enhance their appearance and make them even more tempting.
SHELF LIFE Unopened trays: Up to 8 months (sealed). Once opened: By following these guidelines, all our baked goods should stay delicious for up to 12 days, with some items lasting even longer.
