DiSanto's collection of infused artisan olive oils is crafted by our small Italian producer using traditional methods with olives from Tuscany and all-natural ingredients. This beautiful lemon oil marries cold-pressed, extra-virgin olive oil with the bright, citrussy essence of fresh lemons. These bright yellow fruits lend a zesty tang to many of the most beloved dishes of Italian cuisine. Lemon oil is an endlessly useful addition to your kitchen. The vivid, bright flavours of DiSanto's lemon olive oil come from fresh lemons, handpicked at the peak of their ripeness to ensure maximum flavour and acidity; these are then gently infused with extra-virgin olive oil from our favoured Italian olive oil supplier, the award-winning Frantoio Vabra, a family-run farm famed for its fruity Bourbon del Monte oils. The olives are hand-harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours of collection, with milling occurring at a temperature below 27°C to preserve the original characteristics and nutritional values of the olives.

Drizzle DiSanto's lemon olive oil over salads for a one-stop, delicious dressing, or mix it with balsamic vinegar for a tasty vinaigrette. It makes an excellent base for a marinade.
